About the Role
As an Assistant Psychologist at Ellern Mede Ridgeway, you'll be working with children and adolescents (ages 8–18) presenting with:

Anorexia nervosa and other eating disorders

Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)

Complex trauma

Emerging Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD)

Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and self-harm behaviors
You’ll be fully integrated into a multi-disciplinary mental health team, providing clinical assessments, facilitating therapeutic sessions, and contributing to individualized treatment plans under the guidance of experienced clinical psychologists.
Eligibility Criteria and Required Skills
To qualify for this opportunity, you must have:

A 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology

Eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society (BPS)

Ideally, prior experience as an assistant psychologist or clinical placement within the NHS
