What You'll Do
As a trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you’ll:

Provide low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to adults with anxiety and depression

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Deliver therapy across multiple formats: phone, online, in-person, and group sessions

Liaise with healthcare, social care, and community-based services

Help individuals overcome barriers related to employment, housing, and wellbeing

Work under supervision while studying toward professional accreditation
Apprenticeship + University Training
You’ll study part-time at Liverpool John Moores University, where you’ll receive:
